Setting up one payment method for all events

Can we setup one payment method for all new events? I want all event registrations to use the same processing payment and not allow users to chose their paypal account.

This is the front page end where i am allowing registered members to create new events and i dont want to give them the ability to select any other paypal account to receive payments for their events. I also want to remove the "Article" button from the description boxes. please see attachment to see the field i would like to remove.

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can edit the code to remove the Paypal Email setting on the form for you!
