Restricted access in back end to registrant data

Hi,

I would like to create an user account which would have access to back end as super user but without access to registrant information.
Such account would be used for IT support of my site. Reason behind this is that IT support shouldn't be allowed to see personal information like e-mail address of my clients.

Unfortunately, right now, we don't have anyway to control it at the moment. If you give him super admin access to your site, there is no way to prevent him from change settings to seeing the data he wants

He can even install an extra component to get your site database..... So prevent him from not accessing to data when he has super admin access is not possible
