Auto Complete User Info was created by Wesley Derbyshire
So, I am testing the integration of Membership Pro and Events Booking.
I have registered and created an Active Membership in MP through the front end, as if I were a new user who has joined as a member.
Then, I login and see there is an event I want to register for. So, I go ahead and register.
Since I am logged in, I would expect that my user details, which include my Name, email address, PLUS physical address, phone, and other common fields would auto complete from the information the user already provided in their member record. However, only the Name and Email auto complete (of course the username is hidden, since they are logged in). So, is there a trick to get therse to auto complete? I have selected "Membership Pro" in the Events Booking Configuration settings.
Conversally, I would think if a person registered for an event in EB, that their information would also be auto completed if later they choose to become a member. So, what is the trick to make this work?
Thanks,
Wesley

Hi Wesley
Right now, the integration is one way only and need some setup/config to get it work. Please follow the instruction below:
1. Go to Events Booking-> Configuration, find the config option Integration, set it to Membership Pro
2. Go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, edit the custom field (first name, last name...), look at Field Mapping, choose the field in Membership Pro which will be mapped with this field
3. After that, when you signed up via Membership Pro, then login and register for the event, the data which he entered in Membership Pro will be used to populate the form fields automatically
That's how it works !

Just the First and Last name fields, or all fields that are published and used between both MP and EB?
I assume I need to map all fields.... please clarify.
