Show Event start time and end time in Email?

Hello,

Using Event Booking version 1.7.1 is there any way to have the Confirmation Email include the Event Start and End Time. It appears to include the Event Start time but doesn't show the End Time. Is there a setting to turn this on? Or any suggested customization known?

I think you will have to edit the code yourself because it is not supported in that version. Maybe you can update to latest version (1.7.4) and use the [EVENT_END_DATE] tag to show the event end time

Yes. Updating to the version 1.7.4 and using the tag [EVENT_END_DATE] in the email will display the Event End Date and Time. However it looks awkward outside of the [REGISRATION DETAILS] tag. Is there anyway to have this part of the REGISTRATION DETAILS? So that the Event Start Date & Time and Event End Date & Time will be next to each other in the email?

We would have to modify code to show event end date in that tag. So please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help you with this modification

Thanks for your offer to take a look at it, how ever we found a workaround that we are happy with. This is tested and working in version 1.7.1 Adding [EVENT_DATE] and [EVENT_END_DATE] gave me the start and end date and times of the event. I have this in the email message:

Dear [FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME]

You have just registered for event [EVENT_TITLE]. [EVENT_DATE] - [EVENT_END_DATE] The registration detail is as follow :

[REGISTRATION_DETAIL]
