Select team and condition article is not working

in the configuration tab under general the select for team and condition article is empty (no article list to select one).

what can i do to fix it

The term and condition areticle is a static article. That mean you need to create a new article and assign it to uncategorized section and uncategorized category . After that, the article will appear in the dropdown and you can choose it .

thanks for teh fast reply (i hope you will answer fast as well to my ticket i opend today at noon on the ticket system).

it working fine but im thinking it was better if the article was inside section and category (dont like Uncategorised articles).

The problem I only list static article in the dropdown that is because if your site is big, there will be many articles and It is difficult to find the article for terms and conditions .

The second reason is that I had an old customer in the past who has a very big site. Since there are many articles, when the component load the articles into dropdown, the server is time out and the customer getting errors (in the blank page) .

So we will still use static articles for terms and conditions .
