remove coupon and discount completely

hey guys, ive been told this is causing confusion

how do i remove the discount and coupon fields from the registration forms completely? we will not be offering these

how do i show the fee of a custom list field in the invoice, i have the value showing but not sure how to display the custom fee next to the value

You could do it by modifying code, but then it would appear on ALL custom fields of the given type.
So that I remain in control of when it shows and when it doesn't, I've left code untouched and I just add the prices as text behind the item name. Eg:
coffee $20
tea $15
beer $50
and just make sure that what I "say" the price is and what is in the fee box match.

In configuration -> General, look for Enable Coupon Feature and set it to NO.
Under the config -> Themes tab, you might also have to turn off Show discounted price as well if it is still showing up in other places (I think this is for the event listing and not the reg form itself).

If that doesn't clear everything, a code edit will be required. I can help you find the right code, but a link to a live event on your site would be helpful so that I can see what needs to still go (I can't turn the above options off on my live site because I need them on, so I can't see exactly what they do and don't do ).
