No registrant displayed from backend

Hello, I have created some events and some people already registered.

Only group registration is possible.

When I go to the registrants page THERE ARE NO registrants:

and, when an email is sent to the administrator or the registrant there is no DATE of the event written inside.

How can I solve these two problems?

Set "Include Group Members Records in registrants management " in configuration to "Yes" and you will see the records.

I have set the "Collect Members Information in Group Registration" to NO because I absolutely do not need all the people's data. I am just asking for the data of who is booking.

Set "Include Group Billing Records in registrants management " to "Yes"

Set "Include Group Billing Records in registrants management" config option to Yes as FrankM mentioned should solve the issue with the registration record from backend. Please also note that your event is a paid event, you need to pay for the registration before the record is being displayed from backend of your site

@FrankM I have set the option Include Group Billing Records in registrants management to YES but still my registrant page is blank.

@Tuan Well the event is not free because when the customer will reach the point of sale they will have to pay. So should I still set the event as free and hide the text FREE? how do I set an event as free by the way?
