Modify Fields for Group Registration for ONE Event

Does Event Booking allow for additional Group Registration Fields to be added for only ONE event? Or does adding fields for Group Registration Fields affect ALL events that have group registration?

Scenario:
There are camps that users can sign up for either for individual or groups. When a user selects a camp, this is what we have as required info.



If they select a 'Group' registration, then we need each person must have the same information filled out, not just the additional group member's name.

Can Event Booking create forms like this?

From my experience as an EB user, I think you should be able to create the form with the functionality you need using EB.
When you create a custom field, you have the ability to:

1) set it to ALL or SELECTED events (so, YES!, you can create different fields for different events)


2) set the field to appear for any combination of Individual, Group Member or Group Billing (so, YES!, you can collect the info for each group member)

Thank you, James Riley, for responding so quickly.
My concern is if those fields will display for EVERY person in a group or for just the primary purchaser of the event. I need the ability to have those fields display in a Group Registration for SPECIFIC events. If you what you say is true above, then it looks like I'll be upgrading my EB component as I have a very old version that didn't have this accommodation.

I've read that in older versions of EB, custom fields were assigned to specific events from within the event editor itself. Ever since I started using using EB however, custom fields have had their own control panel, and you assign the event within the custom field. Your older version of EB might have the custom field assignment via a tab in the event itself -- you might not need to upgrade (however every new release has had great new features added, and the developer actively implements suggestions from us users!). My screenshots in my earlier post are from my install of EB v1.7.x.

After the custom field is assigned to the event, just set DISPLAY IN to GROUP MEMBER FORM and you should be all set to go! I've set up events exactly how you're wanting to and know that it works.

Reading other forum posts, the developer seems to be good regarding their Money-Back Guarantee -- if you upgrade and find that EB doesn't do what you want it to, I think you'll be able to get your money back. Contact Tuan to verify this though.

=> Events Booking can handle this very well. You can config the custom field so that it will only be used for specific events you want. Also, for that custom field, you can config it so that it can be displayed for every group members or just for the billing record (the primary purchaser of the event).
