Show all child events through plugin? was created by Benjamin Donner
Hi, I needed to change from another Joomla event booking component to Event Booking because of persistent bug problems with the old one and I have heard much good about Event booking. But I got caught up in a problem; Is it somehow possible to show all coming recurring events underneath an article? I have a K2 item telling about a specific kind of day program, which is recurring each Monday through the summer. So I would like the user to be able to select a Monday underneath the text and register for it.
Regards Ben

Hi Ben
In what format you want the events to be displayed in the article ? With this requirement, I think the only way is loading upcoming events module in the Joomla article you want (Joomla allows loading module in a Joomla article)
Maybe you can try that workaround ?

Hi, thank for your reply Tuan. I would very much want it to be just as the ebregister event_id plugin, which shows only one event, but instead as
a) preferably, a ebregister recurring_id plugin, with for instance the option to chose to register from a pulldown list of events (or a list of events) in that series of recurring events (the id could be the parent event's id). This would work very well together with the idea of recurring events, making the thought process for single events possible also for recurring events
b) or, if the above is hard, a ebregister recurring_id plugin, with the option to chose from a pulldown list of events (or a list of events) in that category.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben
Unfortunately, Events Booking doesn't have this feature. So I am afraid of you could not use Events Booking in this case (and I don't think there is any extension which support this feature out of the box)
I think you might need to find a developer to help you to build a custom solution in this case.
If you have purchased Events Booking and could not use it because of this reason, please submit a support ticket asking for refund so that we can refund the money of your purchase
