Need to have map as SSL (https) or it doesn't show

Our site will be changed to be entirely https:// by the people in charge of our web servers.

So on all pages that show a map (such as Event Details - collegegoalny.org/2015-event-locations/c...student-registration) it is coming up blank (firefox) or on IE a message of "Only secure content is displayed).

Is there a place I can code a template override to change the map URL from http to https?

i don't have problems on my site with SSL. Do you have activate in Configuration the option "Activate HTTPS" ?

Yes, that was the first thing I did. It sort of works for Firefox and Chrome but indicates the page is unsecured, but not IE at all - it is still blank with an warning message.

My agency does not want our end users to see either the "unsecured" icon or the warning messages.

I have that setting active in the website now, and the link I posted will give an example of the page

What version of the extension you are using ? Could you send me the link to the page so that I can check it myself?

It is a Joomla 2.5.x website using Event Booking 1.6.6 and the site is collegegoalny.org .
