I am having issues with users trying to signup for classes and then their transaction with the credit card company goes through but they do not appear in the registration of the class.
Is there a way to have the information saved as pending payment if there is an error on registration?
Is there a log of what is happening when the user registers for a class? It would be helpful if we could capture some items like the browser version.
There is not a log. However, you can see these records. Just go to Events Booking -> Registrants, set Show Pending Registration records config option to Yes and you will see these records
