No registrants showing

Please help as I am not seeing any registrants in the registrants section even though people say they have booked.

Are your events free or paid event ? If it is paid events, do you receive any payments for these registration ?

Events are set to free because i'm using custom fields, the site does transfer to paypal for payment, it's a clients paypal account in the USA ( i'm in the UK) that I cannot check right now, but, one of the registrants said that the payment is showing in her paypal account as unclaimed, would this cause the 'no registrants' issue?

I think that's the reason causing the error. So I think your client needs to accept the payment first and it will work well

OK Neil.

It was what we thought, because the payments had not been claimed in the Paypal account, now they are claimed all the registrants have appeared in the extension.
