registers with different fields

when someone registers for a sailing competition they fill some fields:

barreur (surname,name, licence)
Equipier (surname,name,licence)
boat (type,club)

how can i manage this on the registration only on individual (as i made) or is it possible by group?

I don't really understand the issue you are having. Maybe just create custom fields (go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, create custom fields to collect the custom data you want).
