Early Bird Discount - group

I noticed that if I have a fixed group price, the early bird discount takes off X amount per person in the group, where I only want it to take off X amount once.
The fixed group price is $50, for a group of 3, it takes of $30. The discount is set at $10. I would like it to only take $10 off the $50 dollar amount. How do I do this?
