I have an event where users can take a discount users when logged in and I have both Paypal and Offline Payment plugins enabled. When choosing "Offline Payment" on registration form and clicking "Process Registration", nothing happens (no error message, no email notifications, nothing). Even from the backend, there is no record of this registrant.
Please note that if user is not logged in, everything works fine with offline payment. This issue only happens when users are logged in.

I am not sure how to submit a ticket. Please send me the link.

Also, I discovered (after more testing) that because when the user is logged in, his/her information is already filled in the fields. So, when I click "Process Payment", it does not do anything. However, if I try to enter any text in any field or edit any field, then clicking "Process Payment" works fine. I hope this information helps you in figuring it out.

Hi Abeer

Please go here joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html and submit a support ticket. Seems there is some javascript conflict, so we will need to edit the code to get it fixed.

Regards,

Tuan
