hI,
I create a event for normal user and company staff for booking, normal user only allow to booking online and company staff can help the walk-in user to booking event, therefore the registration form have some custom field will be hide when normal user booking online but show when company staff booking (etc "shop location" field), The company staff can see the "shop location" field. I want the email or PDF will display the "-" or "no need" on the field value when normal user booking event. how to do that?
Thx!

Hi Eric
Unfortunately, right now, we have no way to do that. The system can only display the data on email if it is presented on the form for users to choose / enter.
If the field is not visible to the user who makes the booking, it won't be available in the email
