Up-coming event timeline assignment

Dear Admin,
Please kindly help and advise. how to assign " Up-coming event Timeline Layout" at the home page front page" i can assign this only in separate page by creating Mega-menu. but how to assign that time line on home front page. component area ? trying for this several hours. could not do that..

You will need to change the Home menu item to link to "Up-coming event Timeline Layout" and it should work well

The problem is solved. i did the same as you stated. after that timeline is working fine.
