To translate the backend menu items, please follow the instructions below:
1. Get the file administrator/languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_eventbooking.sys.ini
2. Rename it to it-IT.com_eventbooking.sys.ini
3. Do the translation
4. Upload it to administrator/languages/it-IT folder of your site
After that, it will work as expected
