Frontend publishing and adding events

1. I cant find any setting which notifies a moderator when a new event is posted in the frontend - does this feature exist?
2. Also all events will be set for a period of 1.5 hours in the evening from 8pm -> 930pm on various dates,
   Is there a method of presetting the time to prevent frontend users from putting in incorrect times?
3. does an end date need to be inputted if the event is on the same day?
4. Also how can i stop frontend users from publishing events until they have been moderated?

#1 and #4: The system doesn't have that feature . Right now, when users are allowed to submit event, they can choose whether their events are published or pending. Will consider improving it in future releases

#2=> No, we don't have a method

#3=> No, you can leave it empty
