multiple days event in calendar doesn't work in... was created by Stefan Schröder
Show all days of multiple days event in calendar
works fine in the monthly view of the big calendar
, but it doesn't work in the weekly or daily view
.
So, we offer daily activity in our youth centers, such as dancing or boxing but also holiday trips, which could last for several weeks.
In the daily or weekly view of the big calendar, only the first day of our holiday event is displayed. This is not a configuration problem, since I've setup the switch "Show all days of multiple days event in calendar"
in Background to Yes.
Any suggestions?

Hi Stefan
Unfortunately, it is not supported. We only support this option in the main calendar view, not on Weekly or Daily view

Hi Tuan,
Then, I see no other way as to do the work for myself. It should not be impossible for me to add
the required changes to 'function getEventsByWeek()' and 'function getEventsByDaily()' in calendar.php.
But changing your component also has the disadvantage that when updating, my changes
are lost...

Yes, unfortunately. If you make the change yourself, each time you upgrade to new version, you will have to re-do the changes. But if you have the code, I don't think it is hard. So if it is really necessary for you, I think you should go ahead to do that modification
