Reusing Repeated Events

I just bought the Event Booking and doing some testing.

I have plans to offer weekly events that re-occur every month and hoped it would easy enough to just copy the Parent event, updated the dates and repeat details but for some reason the repeats are not taking. In other words, only the one event shows up (even after selecting Update Children Events).

Is it possible o copy a repeated event to make up a new set of repeated events?

Sorry Alex. At the moment, it is not possible to copy a parent recurring event. So if you want to create a new set of recurring events, you will need to create a new recurring event. Copying is not possible

Oh no, really? Are there any plans to add this capability?

What happens if I update the existing repeated event and just reuse it? Will that work? (i.e. I would just be updating the dates) an description.

No, it is not possible. With the recurrent way EB works, once you created a recurring event, you could not update recurring settings to create new set of children events, so it is not possible

I will think more about it but to be honest, it is not easy
