Registration information is sent to an old email

Hi,
i changed the email adress some weeks ago in eventbooking component, to get informed, when someone is registreing. I just saw, this information is not sent to the new email adress. It gets still sent to the old email. I allready cleared cache, but information about new registrations, will still be send to the old email. Any idea?

Hi Jak

Where did you change the email ? In Events Booking -> Configuration ?

Maybe it doesn't change because you entered the Notification Emails in Advanced Settings tab ? Try to edit the event, look at Advanced settings tab to see whether you entered notification email there or not ? If you entered email, empty it so that notification emails from Configuration will be used

OK. Then just remove the email in Advanced settings tab and it will work well
