Hi I have 1300 unique coupon codes that will be sent to users to enter into an event. When I go through entry into the event and enter the coupon code it is coming up as used before payment has been made? Surely the coupon should be used once payment has gone through and the user is successfully entered into the event?
Additionally is it possible to see what coupon code has been used by a particular entrant when exporting users from an event? This would be very useful if we have multiple coupons with different amounts.
