Sorting Event Categories. was created by Tony Cline
Hi Tuan,
We need to sort some of our subcategories and when we look at the event list in the backend the subcategories that we want to sort do not have the arrows up and down to move the category order. Also, when we simply type the number that we want it to sort by it doesn't save.
We want to change the order of the subcategories on the following page:
denvernarpm.com/events/sponsorship-opportunities
We want to be able to list our Property Management Conference Sponsorship first and our Luncheon Sponsorships second.
How can we do that?
Thanks,
Tony.

Hi Tony
Please go to Events Booking -> Categories, click on the header of order column. After that, you can change ordering of categories.

Hi Tuan,
Thanks fo the quick response. I have done as you have suggested and I can sort some of the sub categories but for some reason level 2 subcategories do not have arrows to move up and down. In addition when I type a number in the order field and click save order it doesn't save the numbers that I type.

Hi Tony
That's strange to me. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you directly on your site

Hi Tuan,
I have attached an image file of what is going on.
I would like to resort "Property Management Conference Sponsorship" to be listed above "Luncheon Sponsorships" on the front end of the website. There are no arrows to move it up and down and when you type a number in and click "save order" it does not save.
