Export Registrants - csv file incorrect

Hi Tuan,

This is my first time using Event Booking. I have set up an event and all is great with the registration process - very happy with it. Early days with the registration but all good so far.

However, I have tried to export the Registrants using the button and the resulting csv file (see jpg attachment) is not correctly formated. All the Custom Fields are located in the first cell - not as headings in separate cells. A lot of information from each registrant is also in the first cell running down the page not correctly located under each heading.

Not sure what the issue is?? With settings in Event Booking, some wrong set up or with Excel??

Currently on Joomla 2.5 and Event Booking 1.6.9. I only have administrator rights - not super admin. So cannot access the options button in the Configuration page.

Seems something wrong with separator ? Could you please look at Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option CSV Delimitter, Normally, it is Comma , maybe in your system, it needs to be "Semi-colon" ?

Please try to change the settings and check it again

Problem solved. I checked the CSV delimiter as you suggested - it was set to 'semi-colon'. Changed it to 'comma' and and all is good with the export file.
