Changing the Layout of the Individual Registration

I want to change the way the fields are on the page, not just the order. For example:
First Name:: Last Name::
Address:: Address Line 2:
City:: State: Zip Code::

Rather than just a long list top to bottom of the page.
Where can I access this layout?

The file you need to change is components/com_eventbooking/views/register/tmpl/default.php. However, I think you will need to have good code skill if you want to change the layout
