Removing or editing Individual Registration on for

Hi I am hoping you can help me. I have embedded an individual registration form inside an article. When I view the article it has the words Individual Registration at the top of the form with all my custom fields below that. Is there anyway to either hide or modify the Individual Registration heading? Any help would be appreciated.

The simplest way would be modify the heading. Go to Events Booking -> Translation, find that language item, change it to meet your need
