[EVENT_END_DATE] variable fails @ invoice & messag

i tried to use the variable [EVENT_END_DATE] in the invoice like this:
1 [ITEM_NAME] from [EVENT_DATE] to [EVENT_END_DATE] [ITEM_AMOUNT] [ITEM_SUB_TOTAL]
but it is not working.
I would need this seriously to meet the regulatory requirement.
I also need the [EVENT_END_DATE] variable
- in the "Thank You Message"
- in "Registration Form Message"
It only works in "User Email Body" !!
is there any reason for this which i don't understand?

The tags simply not supported in the items you requested yet. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to edit the code to add support for the tag for you
