Duplicate registration

Hi,
I have bought Event Booking and really like it.
I have a question, though, which I cannot find the answer to.

I have only one event on my website yet, and it has no price yet, so no payment plugin activated.
People can register, and get registration mail just fine.

My question is: I have checked the Prevent duplicate registration (set it to Yes) to prevent people from booking twice.
What happens is, when logged into the website, on my event, the register button is hidden and a large message is shown: You have already subscribed for this event.
So that is perfect.

But now, I log off from the website.
Visit the event page, register button is there.

I get the Register button, so I click.
then I get the option to either login or create new account.
since I already created an account, I login.

I would expect that after logging in, the message would appear: you have already subscribed, but that is not happening. Instead, the user is again subscribed and appears dubble in my registrants list in the backend.

What am I missing here?

Hi Corine

That seems strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it fixed ?
