Invoice problems!!!

Hello everyone,

I have two issues with the invoice:

1. Eventhough I have enabled TAX and it's working perfect at the registration form, in the Invoice pdf there is a Subtotal: € 81.30 , Tax: € 19, Total: € 81.30 (!) The "Total" shoul be € 100. Why is this happening?
2. Instead of the email address that I am writing the following message "

Does anyone know how to fix these?

For issue #1, could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check your invoice settings and correct it ?

For issue #2, I don't understand. Please give me more detailed explanation about it (where it is displayed, how I can see it) so that I can check and get it sorted as well
