Does anyone know how to add the user contact information to the user profiles? All I see is the below information.

Hi
Sorry, I think this is more a Joomla question than a question for my extension (Event Booking). So maybe you should post this question in Joomla forum instead of posting it here. I haven't worked much with Joomla core profile (only works with pre-defined fields), so I could not answer this question. However, I know it is possible

When I login for the event it asks me for contact information. Then when I register for another event it is populated automatically. But when I try to update my profile it is not available to update. Where is the information stored?

Hi Roger
It is stored in Events Booking registrants database. To allow users to edit the data, you can create a menu item to link to registration history view of Events Booking
Registrants then can access to that menu item, see registration and edit the record to update the information
Regards,
Tuan

Would the user have to edit each event? or will updating one event update all the information for the user?

Would using Community Builder solve this issue?
Sounds like you have the information tied to the actual registration, but in most cases the registrant's information shouldn't change. So, wouldn't it be better to have the account/user information being managed by Joomla or another user manager?

I think we can only change the system so that when users register for the event, the data from Joomla Profile / CB will be used to fill-in registration form automatically. I don't think use a user manager to store registration data is flexible
