Send invoice to subscribers

How come I don't get a invoice, all the settings are done and checked, I'm sure i have the settings correct

is invoice only sent once payment has been made, I can see an invoice in the back end maked IV00001 and PDF show me an invoice

how is this done, or should i say how does a user access their history

I did find this I can now see a invoice when i log back in.. but we still dont see a invoice via email

When you use an online payment method such as Paypal and doesn't make payment, the system won't send you an invoice. It will only send invoice to you if you make payment for your subscription
