No confirmation mail to user

Hi Tuan,

The user does not receive a confirmation message when completing the registration.
I have been testing with my own email for both admin and user email.
Admin mails are delivered immediately, however the user mail is not received.

I've checked mail settings in the configuration, checked for possible junk mail. Still no luck.
Any idea's?

If admin receives email, there is no reason users don't receive email. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site and let you know the result

I get the same thing, I only get an email when I sign up to the site, not when i sign in via registration in the events

What payment method you are using ? If you are using online payment method, you need to make payment before the extension send confirmation email to you

Registration should always be possible. Even without proper payment.
The confirmation mail should inform what the payment status is!

Right now, we have two ways of processing payment for registration:

1. If users choose Offline payment, email will be sent

2. If users choose Online payment method such as Paypal and doesn't make payment, the system won't count them as registrant, so they won't be showed (by default) and there will also no email sent to him

That's how it works at the moment.

Did you make payment for the registration ? As I mentioned, the system will only sent confirmation email if you make payment.

I'm using the offline payment for testing purposes.
