upgrading to from joomla 2.5 to joomla 3

I am about to upgrade my site from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3
It has events booking installed on the site - will i need to do anything or will the package be ok
I have version 1.6.3 installed.

I also have Payment Form, version 3.0 installed on the same site, so same question for this.

Hi Alison

I don't remember exactly what version is compatible with Joomla 3, so I think you just have to check it yourself.

Or it would be better if you can afford to upgrade to latest version (for EB it is 1.6.9, for Payment Form is 3.6), they are compatible with Joomla 3 and much better

IGNORE this post, when I checked in the components file i could see that the versions had upgraded ok.

I downloaded the two packages from my downloads page on your website.
I installed them onto my site (which is still Joomla 2.5)
They still say
]Events Booking Package version 1.6.3
]Payment Form Package version 3.0

Any ideas?

Maybe I forgot to update the XML file, sorry. To see the exactly version you installed, just go to Events Booking -> Dashboard for example, look at the bottom of page, you will see Events Booking version x.y.z Copyright Ossolution Team... That's the correct number

Same for Payment Form
