Error on simple form

For this issue, I think your hosting provider might have something which blocks it (based on 403 error which it throwing during the registration process)

Could you please help contact the hosting provider and ask them to check it to see what's causing the error ? We should be able to check and tell us the result or fix it (this issue is not related to programming)

But it looks like the module is trying to find a file we do no thave.

That could not causes that 403 error. As I said, please to contact the hosting provider and ask them to check it for you. They will tell us the actual reason of the error and we can solve it

I Played with some settings in Joomla, Gzip and Jquery, now things appear to be working.
I will monitor and let you know if the problem continues.

For others who see this problem with Joomla! sites please note:
Reason 1 - Disabled Registration
The reason for getting this error is because the registration has been disabled by the administrator. Starting from Joomla 3.4, registration is disabled by default.

How to solve?

Login to back-end.
Go to Users → User Manager.
Click on Options button the toolbar.
Set Allow User Registration to Yes.
