Registration form - custom fields

I am in page registration form and I have a problem with custom field: State....
the states appears with strangers symbols where there is accentuation
Example:
In São Paulo appears S?o Paulo

How solve it?

You can go to Events Booking -> States, find these states and change it. Maybe name of some states are mis-spelling for some reasons (I get this states database from internet and could not check all of them, sorry)

Thanks! I changed the states in database. All states with accentuation are showing this problem.

Infact, with latest version, you can change the states from backend of Events Booking (no need for changing it directly in the database)

Just go to Events Booking -> States, find the state you want to change and change it.
