Problems Upgrading from EB 1.6.2 to 1.6.9

Our EB system has been having problem Registering folks both in Group and Individual mode. Group mode stopped sending emails, and Individual mode would require users to press the Registration Confirmation button 3 times. After upgrading to EB 1.6.9 (Joomla! 3.3.6), Individual Registration works great, but the Group Registration does not work at all. After selecting Group Registration, the user is present with 2 DIVs with the heading "Number Members" and "Members information", which is not helpful

I checked the backend and noticed that the Group Member Fields Tab in 1.6.9 is missing under Dashboard --> Configuration --> General Settings.

I have attached both a before and after of the user group screen. (I did the upgrade on a sandbox, not a live server)

That's strange. There might be javascript conflict causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check and solve the issue for you.
