Submit ticket tool not working properly.

Hello,

We are trying to send a ticket for the Events Booking component, but every time we submit it the page shows a message like the one attached. We have tried from two different computers with different IP's. The forum does not seem to have anywhere to post this issue, so we were not sure about who we should talk to. We have also sent an email to contact[at]joomdonation.com a day and a half ago, but have not received any answer :(

Hi Agenda

If you have a fixed IP, please let us know and I will add you to whitelist IPs. Otherwise, please send email to services@joomdonation.com and I will answer you directly via email
