Using Validation to Setup an Event Password

I have a category of events where folks need to first apply before they actually get the chance to register. So I have an RS Form setup for the application.

I'd rather not get in to giving them user accounts on the site, what I'd like to do is have a custom field where they enter a password to register. Is this possible with the validation feature?

Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible. The extension doesn't support this feature yet and you could not use validation feature to setup it
