Event Booking external access was created by jnobles
It records the transactions of each person that makes a purchase. So, anyone can see email address and amounts for everything. Is there is a way to lock down external access but still have the component work properly?

Which one you are talking about ? Could you please give us a detailed explanation ?

Maybe you are talking about Paypal IPN logs ? We can edit code to disable it
