2 questions/problems: Link not working in Mass ma

If I try to send a link using the mass mail, it does not work. It completely cuts out the domain name.

How can I do it so that people can add additional stuff to their original booking ie I have one event where we go skiing.

How can I add the three choices: Classic skis, Medium Skis and Premium Skis? (all of them have different prices)

How can I allow the user to choose a further option of renting boots as well (cost: 6 Euros)?

Hi Tim.... I had to ask for support for the second part of your question when I first started EB 2 years ago as I needed ticket types with values to be added.

1. Link using the mass mail
I had the same issue in "Emails & Messages" too - so when I realised domain was stripped, I just typed out the full web address and unlinked it - while external links (to other domains) and email addresses are fine... So unlink it if it becomes a link in your editor. It's a work around until they look into it and I didn't created a support ticket (sorry Tuan) :whistle:

2. Additional stuff
Use Custom Fields (see attached gif)
You can use as many as you want and allocate it to certain or all CATEGORIES
Just make sure "FEE FIELD" is yes and it will add the value to the events price
