Event reminder emails not sent

Hi Tuan,

I have been unable to get Event Bookings to send reminder emails to event registrants prior to event.

I believe I have the feature configured correctly and other Event Bookings emails (booking confirmation, mass mail) are working correctly.

Are there any common causes of this problem that I can address?

We are using Event Booking 1.6.3 on Joomla! 2.5.19

Did you publish the EB Reminder plugin in Events Booking ? Infact, sending reminder using system plugin is not really reliable, so maybe you should upgrade to latest version of Events Booking (1.6.7) and setup cron job to send emails

Thanks Tuan - I have found and published the plugin 'EBreminder'

Will see how that goes before upgrading and using CronJob
