Hi Mary

I guest you set the wrong value for date format on configuration function of the extension . Could you please send me your site administrator account so that I can check it ?

Thanks ,

Tuan

Hi, Tuan...I hope you got my admin info.
I need for this form to go live tomorrow so hope to get time/date resolved. It's also an issue on the Cut Off date...it changes what I set...maybe according to some formula you've put in?? Don't know. But no matter what date I put in for cut off, it will change it.

I am also concerned that no matter how I set the fields in both configuration and individual events it still requires e-mail.
Can you tell me how to fix this?

Thank you so much!
Mary

Hi Mary

For the issue with Date Time setting, there was a bug in the extension (It causes by Joomla timezone setting on global configuration) , now the date time is displaying properly .

Regarding the email fields, It is requires field for individual and group billing page . The field is requires because we need to send confirmation email to users after they complete their registration .

Thanks ,

Tuan

Hi

I have had to reset my global time offset to UTC (0) in order to get times to appear correctly

How do I get the bug fix for the program?

Hi Paul

Yes . The bugs causes by timezone settings. It was fixed . So you don't need to set timezone to 0 anymore . You just need to download the latest code from your orders menu item and update to your site. After that, everything will work properly .

Thanks ,

Hi Tuan

I've installed the extension yesterday, it's offering nice features and a good-to-follow configuration (Joomly 1.6.3, CB 1.4, EB 1.3.3, Server's up2date and all) - but I'm really struggling with the Configuration timezone settings.

Event Date Format: d. m. Y is the only thing that works here, anything else does not (eg. having 'A' - A full textual representation of the day' set after the 'Y'), using '%d-%m-%Y' or else shows some strange results

Event Time Format: 'R' => 'Same as "%H:%M"' just gives me an '(R)' output, 'H:M' displays as '10:Jun' in the backend, whereas '10:' is the starting hour, whilst in the frontend calendar it shows '(12:Jun)' - which is the hour of event ending (not very useful, as I'd like to display starting time, 10:30 in this case). How can I have minutes without am/pm?

Date Format: Same problem as mentioned above, I don't get the 2digit minutes. Seems that 'M' => 'Two digit representation of the minute' comes out as 'b' or 'h' => 'Abbreviated month name, based on the locale

Thanks for support in advance, hope I get this solved quickly.

Mathias

Hi Mathias

You are using Joomla 1.6, so that date format is alitle different compare to Joomla 1.5. Basically, you can change the config option as follow :

- Date Format : m-d-Y

- Event Date Format : m-d-Y g:i a

For list of supported parametters, please see php.net/manual/en/function.date.php

Another user has the same issue with date format at this forum post (might be usefull for you)

joomdonation.com/index.php?option=com_ku...iew&catid=62&id=9729

Please let me know if you need more help !

Tuan

Hi Tuan

Thanks, 'i' works for the required Minutes. Sorry, but somehow I've missed the forum post. That means the php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php is outdated !?! Got the link from your 'installation and configuration guide'...

The only remaining issue is: Calendar still shows the end time of event, not the beginning (as in BE and as it's supposed to)

Greetings, mathias

Hi Tuan

Calendar still displays the end time of events, and it's rounded up to the full hour !!
So, event 10:00 - 11:30 shows 12:00
