Event Booking

Hallo I bought the event booking 2 weeks ago. I could not solve 2 problems.

1. After Registration Confirmation, a white screen is coming directly. User can think there is no connection with the page anymore, though the registration is done.


2. For invite a friend , if you click you can see a very dark page, where you cant read anything at all.

Do you have any idea how could I probably solve this problems?

1=> It seems there is something special on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin and FTP account so that our dev can check and solve it for you.

2=> I think there is something with css. I will ask my dev to look at it as well after you submitted support ticket

I would not create a ticket, because it wont bring anything. I did it once, this tuan guy told me to do this. And I am still waiting like 10 mounts.

Just be a bit sad about money you wasted and forget it.

At this time, I explained you my problem very detailed may be 3 times in pm`s and in the forum. You asked for an admin account and I created for you one. Then nothing happened. This web-page does not exist any more. Also a ticket can not bring anything.

May be you forgot it. but it happened and I gave up to write you anyhow.
