On what page you are talking about ? When you create new registration record from back-end of your site ? Please let me know so that I can guide you

Hi Tuan,
the problem is in front-end
I've created more events with Registration Access: REGISTERED.
When users making login and click single registration the fields (first name, last name ecc..) are pre compiled and I don't want this.

Maybe you could check if your autocomplete is off.

as in <form method="post" name="adminForm" id="adminForm" action="<?php echo $this->url; ?>index.php" autocomplete="off">

I believe in the latest version of the extension, auto complete is off by default. Could you please send me the link to the page so that I can try ?
