Pending Bookings

Hi
I have just started using this so when I look at my first event it seems that all the Paid bookings also have a Pending listing and then there are a few that look like they are pending but when I export the pending list I don't get them I only get the paid list. So now I am a little confused as to why there are so many Pending bookings which look like duplicates of the paid bookings and why there is no export of the pending list.

I have set the event to only accept payment by PayPal, could it be that people did not complete when they came to this step?

Hi Dot

Yes. These pending booking records happen when users try to make a registration on your site but when they are redirected to Paypal, they don't make payment.

To avoid these records being showed, you can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option "Show Pendign registration records", set it to No and these records will be hided.
