Installation produces 500. Dashboard, events etc..

Hi All,

I am trying to get this online ASAP.

I have purchased and tried to install the package on to a Joomla! 3.3.6 Stable edition brand new site.

When I install via package it works and then 500 error appears.

I tried on a demo dummy site and the same thing happens.

When I try to access things like events, dashboard they produce 500 error. I can get to configuration and translation pages but that appears all.

Please help asap

Sounds like a permission issue.

Thanks Andrew for helping reply this question. You are correct, that's something error with the installation of the extension, we worked together with the client via support ticket and got the issue sorted
