Terms check box not showing in group registration

Terms check box not showing in group registration was created by Buzzy
In group registration, although the text saying "By registering for this event, I accept the Terms and Conditions" shows there is no check box for the user to click on to show they are accepting them.

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket so that I can ask my developer to check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you?
