Custom reports was created by Andrew Davis
is there a way to create custom reports?

Currently we can view all the registrants of an event, however if group booking is unabled, then the Registrants has both the attendees, and any group "billing" entries.

Venue sign-on staff only want to know who the attendees are, and club financial only want to know who has paid, and how much (to reconcile with on-line payment processor).

It would be nice to create some custom reports for these purposes. I am reasonably familiar with SQL and could write the queries my-self and use a joomla extension (like ARI Data) to display the report, but was wondering if there may already be a solution.

If not, do you have any recommendation of a report extension? I would like the club staff to access the reports from the front end.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Andrew

At the moment, Events Booking doesn't have that report feature. However, it has config options to allow showing the data you want :

1. You can choose to show/hide group billing records

2. You can choose to show/hide group members records

Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, you will see these config options which you can try:

Include Group Billing Records in registrants management

Include Group Members Records in CSV Export

Include Group Members Records in registrants managemenet

Include Group Members Records in CSV Export

For reporting extension, to be honest, I don't know any extension, so I could not suggest.

Regards,

Tuan
