Issue with Group Registration

For some reason I am unable to get group registration to work as expected. When I click the Group Registration button the form loads as expected, however clicking `Next` does nothing, no matter what value I have entered int the Registrants box. Debugging shows no java error either. I have the max group registrants set in the even and both individual and group are allowed.

Let me know if I`m missing something obvious.

From our experience, I think there is some javascript conflict and that's the reason causing the issue

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you.

I am having the same issue with group registration. Support ticket submitted today on an error message.
For some reason, I cannot configure group fields on the backend either.

I am having the same issue. Just logged a support ticket for it.

I noted that i can do group fine until i get to the end (Billing Details) and when i click "Process Payment" it takes the focus back up to the Billers email address. If i untick the terms and conditions (individual to each event) and then re-tick it, the process will work. Not sure if that is the same issue that the other users are experiencing.

I am having the same issue and submitted a ticket.

I solved the issue with mine, the default to max group registrants is 0.

Once I changed that .... It was all good. For some reason it still does not work in Safari but all other browsers work.
